Our software and online service are safe to use. The apps are certified to not contain any malware and cannot harm your device or your privacy in any way.

There are three ways in which the program may gather data for the Movavi development team.

  1. The software may send anonymous usage statistics to the development team to help them improve the software via future updates. This data includes interface usage and the models of peripheral devices connected to your computer (microphone, web camera, monitor, etc.). The software does not gather data by default, but if you want to double-check and prevent the software from doing so, go to the program settings, find the appropriate entry, remove the check mark next to it, and save the edited settings.   2. If the program crashes, the software suggests that you send a crash fix report to the development team. This report will contain your username, the software version you’ve been using, and the stack trace (a record of which process caused the software error). If you don’t want to send this data, just close the crash fix window.
  3. If you contact our support team to request assistance with any issues regarding our program, they may ask you to send your log files. These contain the same information as a crash fix report, plus data on your attached devices. If you don’t want the development team to receive this data, you may simply choose not to send your log files to the support team.
